2020 Season Wrap-up

Well we finally have made it to the end of a crazy year!

2020 was one hell of a ride... kinda like hitting a kicker off the face of a jump, getting thrown sideways, feet off the pegs and all you can do is PIN IT and hope for the best. That is pretty much how most of us have handled this year, but we made it!

As promised we have some news about our year end banquet and awards ceremonies. Unfortunately it is beyond our control to host an indoor event as we have done in years past. Therefore we have taken your suggestions and plan to host a 2 day event. A Saturday morning practice followed by an outdoor banquet/BBQ and awards presentation in the late afternoon/evening, along with a Sunday practice all hosted at Pavilion MX! Obviously we will wait for this to take place in the spring when the weather gives us the best opportunity. So stay tuned for upcoming details on the specific date.

With that the promoters have been busy planning our 2021 season. They have met and drafted a schedule that hopes to provide you all with the best of both worlds....practices and races at New York's finest facilities.

Once again we thank all of you for a successful, yet crazy year and we hope that you and your families have a Safe, Healthy and Happy New Year! We hope to see all of you very soon.

Empire State MX is looking for our first Trackside Reporter!

We want to share the moto life with our racing community, and will be putting out a monthly newsletter that will contain pictures, videos, stories, results, district news and whatever else we can come up with!

Do you have some skills with the camera (or iphone lol)? Are you social and like meeting new people? Do you have an interest in reporting, making videos, taking pictures and motocross?!?

The job will require attending at least two Empire State MX races per month (to get content), being able to hit lenient deadlines, dependability and creativity.

Transponder Purchase

ESMX is continuing to lead the pack by continuing the use of MX transponders at all our tracks in 2021. They can be purchased here online for $97, or $95 at the track for members.  Units will also be available at each track and event for rental for a low daily fee of just $5, with a $150 deposit (credit card or cash).
